  • Each order is carefully packed-to-order to ensure that all items are fresh and inspected according to our strict quality assurance guidelines
  • If an item arrives damaged during transit, or fails to not meet our quality standard, please contact us immediately for assistance.

2. Eligibility for Return/Refund

All returns/refunds are evaluated by a case-by-case basis

  • If the item(s) received are incorrect
  • Item(s) arrived damaged or spoiled

*Please Note: All returns/refunds must be requested within 1 day of receiving your order.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Refund

4. Return/Refund Process

  • Depending on the situation, we may require you to return the item(s) for inspection.
  • We will provide you with further instructions for packaging & returning the item(s)
  • Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect it to determine if a refund is applicable. 

5. Cancelation Policy

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes things change and your order has to be modified. All order modifications and cancelations must be submitted within 2 hours from the time your order was placed. To modify your order, please email us at info@goldenshallot.com. An email from our team will be sent once the order has been updated. Please Note: Once the order is processed and fulfilled, modifications are not possible. We strive to fulfill your request to the best of our ability.
